We are a small team building Blink in Atlanta. We read and respond to every message. For all inquiries, email us at hello@blinksocial.app. Include as much detail as possible so we can help you quickly.
Account Support
Need help with your Blink account? We can assist with the following:
- Can't log in or receive your OTP. Make sure you have a cellular signal or Wi-Fi, that the phone number you entered is correct, and that SMS is not blocked on your device. If the problem persists, email us with your phone number (country code + number) and we'll look into it.
- Changing your phone number. Currently, phone numbers are tied directly to accounts. Email us and we'll help you migrate.
- Deleting your account. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent. All your data is removed within 30 days. If you are unable to access the in-app delete option, email us and we'll delete it manually.
- Recovering a deleted account. Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted accounts or their data.
- Profile and settings questions. Email us with a description of what you're trying to do and we'll walk you through it.
Bug Reports
Found something broken? We want to know. When reporting a bug, please include:
- A clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- The steps to reproduce the issue.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- Your Blink app version (Profile → Settings → App Version).
- Any screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issue.
Send bug reports to hello@blinksocial.app with the subject line "Bug Report".
Safety Concerns
Your safety is our highest priority. If you encounter a user who makes you feel unsafe, is harassing you, or is violating our Community Guidelines, please:
- Block them immediately — tap their profile, then the three-dot menu, then "Block."
- Report them in-app — tap their profile, scroll to "Report," and choose a reason.
- Email us at hello@blinksocial.app with the subject line "Safety Report" if the situation is urgent or you need to provide additional detail.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (911 in the US) first.
